We will be holding a silent auction that will benefit Methodist Health Foundation, the organization that helped get our friend & IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe back on his feet and back in his car. James will be providing a one-of-kind package for the silent auction that you can't get anywhere else!

In order to achieve the look for his new boutique, Nick Blum purchased a historic building in the Mass Ave district. Since it’s a little more than he bargained for, the Blum Building shared space will also hold 3 additional retailers, along with 3 modern apartments, and 2 master New York styled lofts with private rooftop patios.
For the last year and a half, the old building has gone through a full restoration & renovation. This November the public will get to experience it for the first time.

Hinchcliffe has four career Verizon IndyCar Series wins and was the pole sitter for the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil in May. The 29-year-old Canadian has become a fan favorite for his quick wit and sense of humor. He is on the current season of Dancing With The Stars on ABC Television.
Hinchcliffe served as inspiration for many when he overcame life-threatening injuries in a crash during practice for the 2015 Indianapolis 500. Therefore, we are holding a silent auction benefitting Methodist Health Foundation, who helped James get back on his feet and back in his car.
